Warranty Policy
Thats My Door Warranty Policy
At Thats My Door, we are dedicated to producing iron doors that reflect superior craftsmanship, durability, and long-lasting performance. To support this commitment, we offer the following limited warranty coverage.
Paint Finish Warranty — 2 Years
Thats My Door warrants that the painted finish on our iron doors will not peel, blister, or fail due to defects in workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original delivery or pickup date.
Welds & Structural Integrity — 5 Years
Thats My Door warrants that all welds and structural components will be free from defects in workmanship that would affect the ordinary and intended use of the door for a period of five (5) years from the original delivery or pickup date.
Repair Coverage Limits
If Thats My Door determines that a product contains a defect covered under this warranty, we will cover repair costs up to a maximum total of $500.
- This coverage limit applies in total, not per incident or issue

Any repair costs exceeding $500 are the responsibility of the customer
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal aging, weathering, or wear and tear from use or environmental exposure
- Variations in texture, color, or finish resulting from the handcrafted nature of our products
- Doors sold as “as-is” or final sale items
- Locks and locking mechanisms (covered by their respective manufacturers, such as Schlage, Kwikset ect.)
- Glass Components
- Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance
- Damage occurring during shipping (see Shipping Policy for carrier liability)
Doors exposed to direct water contact, including cleaning with a garden hose or pressure washer, are considered improperly maintained and are not covered under this warranty.
While Thats My Door door's are built for long-lasting durability, they are not designed to be storm-rated. For homes located in extreme weather conditions, we recommend our optional Thermal Break feature to help improve insulation and enhance performance in both hot and cold climates.
Installation & Maintenance Requirements
This warranty is valid only if the doors are properly installed by a certified contractor and used and maintained in accordance with Thats My Door installation and care guidelines.
Examples of issues not covered under warranty include:
- Damage such as bubbling paint, door bowing, or scratches around the lock area is typically the result of improper installation and is not covered under this warranty.
- Installation and maintenance guidelines are available upon request or on our website.
Shipping-Related Damage
Damage occurring during shipping is not covered under this warranty.
Thats My Door carefully packages and inspects all products prior to shipment. However, delivery is handled by third-party freight carriers(Fedex, UPS Ect.). Any shipping damage must be noted and reported directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.
