Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Thats My Door reserves the right to cancel any order without liability if:
• A product is no longer available
• Incorrect pricing is displayed
• Incorrect or fraudulent billing information is provided
• Incorrect shipping information is provided
• Fraudulent payment activity is suspected

Customers cannot cancel orders once production has begun. Custom-made doors cannot be canceled once fabrication has started.

Thats My Door reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, colors, patterns, finishes, and dimensions may vary slightly.

Actual product colors may vary due to:
• Handcrafted manufacturing processes
• Monitor or device display differences
• Lighting conditions during photography

Thats My Door does not guarantee that the color displayed on the Site will exactly match the delivered product.

Thats My Door does not warrant that products will comply with all local building codes or regulations. Customers are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements prior to purchase.


Entire Agreement / Governing Law / Arbitration

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Thats My Door.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration proceedings shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. Arbitration proceedings and any related materials shall remain confidential. Judgment upon arbitration awards may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


Hurricane Resistance Disclaimer

Unless expressly stated in writing, Thats My Door products are not hurricane-rated or tested for compliance with hurricane, high-wind, or coastal storm standards. Thats My Door makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that its products meet the impact resistance or structural requirements of any local, state, or federal building codes relating to hurricane zones.

It is the customer’s responsibility to determine compliance with applicable building regulations. Thats My Door disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from exposure to hurricanes or severe wind events.


Cold Weather Disclaimer

Standard Thats My Door products are not specifically engineered or certified for extreme cold weather conditions. Exposure to freezing temperatures, snow, and ice may affect door performance, hardware operation, or surface finish, including potential issues such as warping, condensation, or reduced energy efficiency.

For cold climate applications, Thats My Door offers optional thermal break doors designed to improve insulation and performance in low-temperature environments.

It is the customer’s responsibility to select appropriate products for their regional climate and ensure proper installation and maintenance. Thats My Door disclaims all liability for damages or performance issues resulting from cold weather exposure when non-thermal break doors are used in such environments.
